Processing of waste of marble production.
The project assumes to create, on territories Spain, an industrial complex of processing of waste of marble production, with power up to 20 tons per hour, on the unique technology based on separation of materials on density in the liquid environment according to the Method for the classification by size of polydisperse materials and device for its implementation patent. Production is supposed to be placed in a hangar, of 3000 sq.m. In a radius of 60 km from an expected industrial complex, several productions of processing of lumpy marble which are potential suppliers of waste of a marble crumb, in volumes up to 300 tons a month are located. For utilization of the specified waste, the companies producers, are ready to pay the fee.
The project on processing of industrial wastes of marble production, means release of three types of products:
- Production of nanodisperse powders, as components for the construction industry, paint and varnish industry and production of nanoconcrete.
- Production of dry mixes of nanoconcrete
- • Production of structural elements from nanoconcrete.
Parameters of cost efficiency of the project at the volume of investment of 5 000 000 euros.

Apparently from tables, for implementation of the project investments up to 5 000 000 euros are required. A project payback period, without discount – 37 months from the moment of the beginning of financing. The cost of a cash flow of the investment project in 3 years calculated taking into account a rate of discount of 4% less investments, is about 3 million euros. The index of profitability of the Pi project (Income from unit of invested funds) is ranging from 100% up to 236%
Internal regulation of profitability of IRR (The discount rate at which the net value of the investment project is equal to zero) is ranging from 4% up to 50%.
For start of the project by the most attractive the option specified in table 1 is. After a project startup and development of the market gradual increase in production volumes of processing of raw materials up to 3000 tons a month, and an exit to economic parameters in compliance is supposed table 2.
The project provides a possibility of reorganization of production for production of diamond abrasive powders. At additional investments on increase in the nomenclature of production equipment on classification of powders the following economic indicators are possible:

- The first stage of the project – development of all project documentation, development of technical documentation on production of the equipment, production of the equipment and its testing - is implemented in laboratory of Alicante.
- The second stage – installation of equipment and start of production is implemented in the Province of Alicante in the territory of the rented hangar.
